ISLE of Man TT ace Jamie Coward has announced a split from PreZ Racing as he begins the hunt for a new ride.
The former TT Privateers Champ, who holds the crown for fastest Yamaha around the Mountain Course with his 2019 lap of 130.317mph, ends what was originally set to be a two-year run with the island-based squad.
Coward joined PreZ back at the tail end of 2018 and was quickly up to speed the following year, notching up a fifth place finish for the team in last season’s second Supersport TT.
But it’s now all change for the Yorkshireman as he eyes a new ride for 2021.
“After much deliberation & consideration, I have decided to part company with PreZ Racing,” Coward said.
“I would like to thank John & Zandra Preston for everything they have done.”
PreZ also revealed yesterday that they were beginning their own search for a new rider next season.
