HONDA Racing man Tom Neave will be back in the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 class this season as he looks to take the crown.

The 2020 championship runner-up, who took the fight to the very last race against eventual champ Chrissy Rouse, is set to return to the saddle for a third season with the factory squad in a bid to make amends.

And while he’s happy to be back in the Superstock category, Neave made no bones about his desires in the future.

“My ultimate aim is to be on the Superbike but I think it’s important that I complete another full year on the Superstock Fireblade to refine and build on everything we learnt last season,” he admitted.

“We had a strong year and finishing as runner-up has motivated me more than ever to claim that number one.

“I’m so grateful to Honda and all my sponsors for sticking by me and I can’t wait to get 2021 underway.”
