Description

We’re back! And while there might not be any racing on just yet, we’ve got plenty clubs and roads to fill your boots in Issue 15!

This month, we sit down with the young female racers, including Charlotte Marcuzzo, Lissy Whitmore, Scarlett Robinson and Abbz Thomas, who are storming the scene and proving that it’s not all for boys.

And since there’s an empty hole where the North West 200 and beginning of the Isle of Man TT should have been this month, we go back to the very first NW200 and check out some of the event’s 90+ year history while highlighting the top 10 TT moments of the last decade.

Our columnist and resident sidecar man Harry Payne chats with two and three-wheeled star Darren Dixon to discover how on earth he managed to bag himself a British bike title and a World Sidecar crown in the span of a decade.

We’ve got racer fixer Aidan Robinson tackling the controversial – and sometimes scarring – topic of arm pump in the first of a two-part feature, and Larry ‘Scoop’ Carter is back with a bird’s eye view of the 1982 John Player International meeting at Donington, where Sheene, Roberts and more did battle.
