Oliver’s Mount Gold Cup: Crawford and Hardie lift Ian Bell Trophy

In News, Oliver's Mount, Roads, Sidecars

SIDECAR aces Lee Crawford and Scott Hardie lifted a new-look piece of silverware at Oliver’s Mount’s Gold Cup today as they hoisted the redesigned Ian Bell Trophy.

No more than a couple hours after their last win in the outfit ranks for the Sunday opener, the Team ARC squad controlled the day’s feature sidecar race with a dominant display over their weekend rivals John Lowther and Tom Christie to cross the line some five seconds clear of trouble.

Back in a distant third, Michael Kirkup and Arlo Brown crossed the line over a minute off the lead, while Greg Lambert and Julie Canipa pulled in.
