CLUB racing standouts Harry Leigh and Ross Maguire could be looking out from the world stage next year as they gear up to try out for the Red Bull Rookies Cup.

The two youngsters, one already a champion and another a heavy favourite to take his title, will head to Spain next month to compete in a selection even for the MotoGP support series.

Maguire, who wrapped up the KMSC Formula 125 title just last weekend, and Leigh, who holds a commanding lead in the Thundersport GB Superteens series, are among a number of young talents from across clubs, British championships and mini motos who received a golden ticket to Dorna’s development class.

The selection event is set to be held at Guadix Circuit in Spain during the first week of October.
