FSRA announces British F2 and Pre-Injection 2018 calendars

THE FSRA has released the dates for the ACU/FSRA British F2 Sidecar Championship and the FSRA Pre-Injection Championship in 2018.

The organisation has revealed the popular British F2 Sidecar series will be run over 16 races across eight meetings, and will again incorporate the F2 class in the main championship.

The rounds will run on meetings hosted by six different clubs next year – the NEMCRC, BMCRC, EMRA, Wirral 100, NG Road Racing and Auto 66.

Meanwhile, the Pre-Injection Championship will be held over seven meetings and feature the 600cc carburettor class along with the Post Classics and F350s.

Rounds will feature on a number of different club programmes, and be run at six different tracks across the UK, including East Fortune in September.

Provisional ACU/FSRA British F2 Sidecar Championship dates 2018:

April 6 – Test: Croft Circuit (NEMCRC)

April 7-8 – Round 1: Croft Circuit (NEMCRC)

April 28-29 – Round 2: Cadwell Park (BMCRC)

May 6-7 – Round 3: Mallory Park (EMRA)

July 28-29 – Round 4: Anglesey (Wirral 100)

August 11-12 – Round 5: Donington Park (NG Road Racing)

August 25-26 – Round 6: Croft Circuit (Auto 66)

September 1-2 – Round 7: Castle Combe (NG Road Racing)

October 5-6 – Round 8: Oulton Park (NG Road Racing)


FSRA Pre-Injection Sidecar Championship including Post Classic and F350s dates 2018:

April 28 – Round1: Oulton Park (Wirral 100)

May 6-7 – Round 2: Mallory Park (EMRA)

June 23-24 – Round 3: Anglesey (Wirral 100)

July 7-8 – Round 4: Cadwell Park (Auto 66)

August 11-12 – Round 5: Donington Park (NG Road Racing)

September 22-23 – Round 6: East Fortune (Melville)

October 27-28 – Round 7: Cadwell Park (Auto 66)
