Coward joins KW Electrical squad for Supertwin assault

In News, Roads

ROADS man Jamie Coward looks set for a busy roads campaign after revealing he’ll have a full fleet of machinery for the 2019 season.

The multi-time Classic TT podium finisher has announced he will be joining the KW Electrical / CMS / SB Tuning Kawasaki team for the North West 200, Ulster Grand Prix and Isle of Man TT as well as the Southern 100 Road Races.

Coward looks poised to join the squad along with the returning former TT Privateer’s champ Dan Cooper, who took the team’s 650 to a top five finish in the 2017 Lightweight TT, his highest ever placing.

And after announcing last week that he’d be back with PreZ Racing for the 600 and big bike races, the Yorkshireman now has a full stable of bikes behind him.

“I can’t thank Tony Morris, Kevin Watret, Simon Bleasdale and everyone involved enough for this opportunity on one of the best Supertwins on the grid,” Coward said.

“I’m really looking forward to riding in the Lightweight class again and I can’t wait to get going in 2019.”
