Bemsee 2020 race calendar released

In Bemsee, News

BEMSEE chiefs have unveiled the club’s 2020 calendar which will feature eight rounds across the UK.

The season will kick-off in early March at Brands Hatch Indy before heading off to a selection of predominantly MSV tracks before finishing back at the Kent track in October.

The only non-MSV track on the calendar will be Silverstone International, which the club will visit for its second round in April.

Round three will fall over the May Bank Holiday weekend at Oulton Park, when the holiday falls on Friday May 8. The weekend will feature two days of racing on Friday and Saturday.

Racing will take a little break during the summer holidays, although the club is still in talks with organisers of the Sidecar Revival, which looks set to be held for a third season during August.

Once again, a handful of Bemsee classes could run at the Revival, but confirmation of this is set to follow in the coming months.

Dates are still subject to change and each meeting apart from Donington will feature a Friday test day – which will be held on Thursday at Oulton Park.
