2019 Scottish Rider of the Year: Greg Gilfillan

In Awards, News

IF there’s one award we always know we’ll get a lot votes for it’s for our Scottish Racer of the Year, and this year it’s Greg Gilfillan who has taken the honour.

It was a lucrative season for the Fife native, as he’s bagged the Scottish, KMSC and Melville Superbike titles after a solid year of action.

Gilfillan picked up a healthy 25.1 per cent of the votes to beat Logan Turner on 22.9 per cent, while Fletcher McInally came in third with 20.2 per cent.

Sam Munro, who was recently named our 600cc Rider of the Year, finished fourth in the votes, ahead of Andy Buchanan.
