2019 Roads Crossover Racer of the Year: Nathan Harrison

In Awards, News

In the closest poll of this year’s award, Manx Grand Prix star Nathan Harrison has emerged with UK Clubsport’s road-going club rider trophy.

The Manxman, who has undoubtedly had his finest season to date, took both the Junior and Senior Manx GP wins last summer – even overcoming a 30-second speeding penalty to take the Junior win – after dominating the 600cc action on the island.

Harrison beat Dom Herbertson by a mere three votes as he picked up 18.8 per cent of the votes to the Geordie’s 18.6 per cent, as Rob Hodson picked up third place with 12.1 per cent.

Jim Hind and Jamie Coward rounded out the polls with 10.8 and 9.9 per cent respectively.
