PDMCC chiefs to add Recticel barriers at Three Sisters Circuit

In News, PDMCC

PRESTON and District Motor Cycle Club chiefs have revealed plans to add Recticel barriers to their arsenal this season in hopes of increasing overall circuit safety.

With tarmac resurfacing due to be completed shortly at their home circuit of Three Sisters in Wigan, club bosses feel the added padding will boost awareness at the track.

PDMCC Chairman Bret Moor says he hopes the club’s acquisition of new safety padding will add to the attraction of the circuit and complement the surface, on which previous records could soon be shattered.

“The track is looking good and we are hoping to purchase some Recticel barriers,” he told UK Clubsport. “I thought it would add to the safety and give confidence on the new revamped circuit.”

PDMCC plans to hold an ACU licensing and CTC/BRA training day on 9 March for rookie racers.

Interested riders can find the registration forms here.
